Jack Peploe
Veterinary IT Expert, Certified Ethical Hacker and CEO of Veterinary IT Services
Jack has worked alongside the veterinary sector since he set up his first business at age 16. He has made it his mission to help veterinary clinics across the UK utilise their technology so that they can function in a secure, professional and efficient manner, leaving vets to focus on patient care. He is passionate about ensuring he has created something that outlives him and supports other businesses to be efficient and profitable. Jack is an animal lover, describing his labrador Puffin as the apple of his eye. He is also super passionate about wingsuiting, his hobby that has developed into representing Great Britain in the British Wingsuit Acrobatics team
Mel Fuller
CEO at The Pet Vet, and The Vet
After completing a degree and PhD in Chemistry, Mel joined Zeneca as a Development Chemist at one of their manufacturing sites. She subsequently worked with manufacturers, retailers and brand owners in technical, commercial and general leadership roles, taking her frequently to Asia and eastern Europe. Mel has thrived in organisations with strong values that align with her own, where customer needs are clearly understood and where colleagues are given the right resources to be the best of themselves every day. It’s on these foundations that Mel has led The Pet Vet as their CEO, a thriving family-owned veterinary group of 12 nationwide surgeries. Outside of her day job, Mel owns Holme Valley Wellbeing Centre, a holistic therapy space which she founded following her breast cancer diagnosis in 2015. She is also a trustee of Enactus, a charity that supports young leaders to develop skills in social entrepreneurship.


Nicolò Frisiani
Nico is the CEO of Lupa. Before Lupa, he used to be a consultant and an AI Engineer. He worked for a number of years at the frontier of Artificial Intelligence, helping major corporations like Google, GSK, British Airways, and BMW develop AI solutions tailored for their business. Two years ago, he started Lupa to help bring AI to the veterinary world.
Lyndsay Hughes
RVN
Lyndsay started working in practice in 2002. Since then, she has worked in various first opinion practices in head nurse or management roles. Currently she is one of the small animal Directors of a busy small animal hospital in Wiltshire.
Lyndsay is jointly responsible for all aspects of running the practice from streamlining processes, auditing, supporting staff development, best practice, as well as bringing a new perspective to the board of Directors as the only nurse within the directorship.
Alongside working full time, Lyndsay is in her second year as the President of the BVNA, she has also undertaken additional qualifications in Leadership and Management.
