Dr. Brennen McKenzie
EBVS® European Veterinary Specialist in Small Animal Internal Medicine and RCVS Specialist in Small Animal Medicine (Endocrinology).
Dr. McKenzie has been a small animal general practitioner for over 20 years. He earned his veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MSc in Epidemiology from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Dr. McKenzie is a past president of the Evidence-based Veterinary Medicine Association and author of the "SkeptVet Blog" and "Placebos for Pets? The Truth About Alternative Medicine for Animals." In 2023, he received the VIN Veritas Award for science communication and currently serves as the Director of Veterinary Medicine for Loyal, a biotechnology company focused on extending the healthy lifespan of dogs.
